Keep your things with us for future use.
If you travel frequently to certain destinations, keep some of your own items with us in your zerobaggage Locker. Just let us know when you are arriving and we will ensure your cleaned items are ready and waiting in your hotel room when you arrive. Upon your departure just leave the items and a zerobaggage team member will collect them.
Virtual Suitcase
Be who you wish to be!
Instead of taking checked luggage, select new items from our online marketplace and use them for the duration of your trip. You are ‘borrowing’ these items as ‘new’ or ‘preloved’ from local suppliers for a fraction of their retail cost. The items you have selected will be waiting for you in your hotel room upon arrival. If you prefer, you can physically shop at participating stores upon arrival and pay the same fractional cost. When departing, leave all items behind to be collected by a zerobaggage team member.
Citywide Wardrobe
Treat us as your extended wardrobe.
If you would like to supplement your own wardrobe with items you can choose items from our online market place or visit participating stores within your city and ‘borrow’ items for a period of time. This service will best suit exchange students, business travellers remaining in a destination for an extended time, or people who want to supplement their own wardrobe with special items, make seasonal changes or have nicely fitting items during transition periods of gaining or losing weight.

This service allows you to track and manage your online zerobaggage profile. It gives you the option to connect with others, whether you are travelling or remaining in a single location. It allows for grouping and integration of your other social media applications and provides an opportunity for more deeply connecting you with the places you visit and live.
